Enjoy the prime location

Located at the base of the Adriatic Coast, Porto Montenegro is the ideal base for cruising the surrounding grounds with Montenegro’s yacht-friendly legislation allowing for crew and passenger exchanges to take place throughout the season. Also, Porto Montenegro lies in close proximity to three international airports, all with private jet facilities, for those guests and crew to travel at ease. To make arrivals even more comfortable, the marina has a helipad on site.

Bespoke berthing packages

With berth shortages throughout the Mediterranean and with a growing demand for larger berths, Porto Montenegro’s infrastructure has been purposefully designed to accommodate superyachts measuring up to metres. All lease offers, including short-term berth rentals, are custom-made based on the client’s needs and plans. As an added extra, long-term berth leaseholders will benefit from a Porto Montenegro Owner’s Club membership, which grants members access to exclusive amenities.

Having been awarded the impressive accolade of being a TYHA Accredited Marina – the highest grant for operational and service standards – Porto Montenegro offers a vast network of local and international providers. Plus, a dedicated multi-lingual team provides visitors with free round-the-clock support including custom clearance, marina concierge and a full-time on-site team of security personnel.

Maintenance and repair services for all

With its own superyacht shipyard currently under development, Porto Montenegro strives to provide its visitors with an all-round service with a wide range of contractors on hand. Three other local shipyards for yachts up to 30 m are within easy reach, including Composite Works in partnership with Freedom Maritime, who provide supplies for yacht repairs and maintenance work.

Fill up on duty-free fuel

Want fuel 45% cheaper than the retail price? At Porto Montenegro, private and commercial vessels of up to metres can make use of a dedicated fuel dock which provides tax and duty-free fuel.

Help save the planet

To help minimise its carbon footprint, Porto Montenegro uses solar energy to heat the site’s water and operates electric vehicles throughout the marina grounds. As a pilot partner of the Seabin Project, the team at Porto Montenegro help to catch floating rubbish from the marina waters while using reusable glass bottles to lower the consumption of plastic. The marina also has its own fireguard boat to protect the natural surroundings against fires.

The crew are cared for and kept entertained

A fine place to mingle and have fun, the Crew Club was established especially to build a community for crew and marina clients. As the COVID pandemic continues, Porto Montenegro has released a pro-active online platform to boost morale and help crews to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Activities include Captain’s cocktail hour, pub quizzes, sailing regattas and wellness sessions – all of which are currently hosted online. Other benefits for the crew staying in the marina include access to RYA training centre, on-site Warsash Academy courses, active sports and entertainment programmes and lower living costs compared to EU countries. During the winter, marina-rented ski chalets in the mountains are there as free accommodation for all skiing and boarding enthusiasts.

Taking the yachting lifestyle to new heights, the marina’s Residential Collection of luxurious waterfront apartments are both for sale and rent. Porto Montenegro’s Yacht Club offers tiered membership packages for members to enjoy an exclusive range of additional amenities such as a metre infinity pool, outdoor daytime restaurants, fine-dining evening venues, nightclub with live DJ sets, fitness centre with yoga classes, tennis, squash and cricket pitches and a sailing club with regattas, training areas and rowing facilities.
